Tour & Transfer Information

Absolutely, you can call us or fill out the form and let us know what you would like us to help you to make your day special.

Ambling Along Tours & Transfers will pick you up from and drop you back to your accommodation or home as outlined on your booking form.

We take a maximum of 10 passengers (1 seated up front with the driver)

You are welcome to bring food & drinks aboard or for an additional expense we can supply grazing boxes or sandwiches, and your drink of choice. We provide an esky with ice, along with plastic drinkware and straws for your convenience.

 You are able to connect your Bluetooth to the bus or limousine and stream music. Alternatively you can play spotify through the TV.

Please Note: We recommend having a sizable playlist downloaded in case we are in an area with bad reception.

We recommend booking in advance to ensure we are available for your group.

We recommend the organiser to arrange time to meet 30 minutes before we come and pick you all up.

For Airport Transfers please be ready on time as you and your group do not want to miss your flights.

Preparation

  • ID and Purse/Wallet
  • Weather protection such as sunnies, hat, raincoat etc.. Best to check weather report before your departure.

Totally up to you! Check out the weather before your outing and if the places you are visiting have a dress code. Maybe someone in your group has some ideas.

Policies

  • We require a 20% deposit to secure the booking, and the remainder paid in full 48 hours before the date of the booking.
  • The 8 hour period commences from the collection of the 1st passenger
  • Where a booking runs over the allocated 8 hours, the additional cost is $170 per hour or part thereof
  • Alcohol can be consumed on the bus however a cleaning fee of $150 is charged for any spills that stain or damage to any part of the bus through carelessness of passengers
  • If a snap lockdown is called that impacts the booking date, the amount paid to date will be refunded or alternatively can be held to secure another date.
  • Bookings made for public holidays will incur a 10% surcharge
